We are a friendly running/walking club for everyone wanting to work on their personal health and fitness. Supporting each other to become more active, slimmer, fitter and healthier.
No matter your size, age, gender, fitness level or lack of fitness, Cradley Running Club is for you.
Together we can give each other the motivation and determination needed to become leaner and healthier.Regular cardio exercise along with a healthy balanced diet, is proven to benefit both our physical and mental health.
Every Weds we run a 5k course, starting and finishing with a loop of the parks looped path. Either run alone and push for a PB or run and chat with others. Perfect to make new friends.
On dark nights all you will need is a cheap LED head touch or a small hand torch and a drink in a plastic bottle. Please wear colourful clothing, take care crossing roads and don't take risks.
For those more energetic 8 am most Saturday mornings we meet for a longer run. We run off road, quiet country lanes and along canal towpaths. We start together and finish together. No one is left behind or on their own. These runs are for anyone wanting to train for a 10k, half marathon and beyond, or just wanting to keep fit with a friendly club. Whatever your running ability you are welcome. If you would like to join us but require a lift, please don't hesitate in messaging me.
